Anyone who just purchased a brand new MS509 in Internet pls check your machine serial number, which can be found in "setup/about" screen. If the serial number is MS505245, then it is a counterfeit. ..You will get into all kinds of troubles...We can't support those machines so just ask the seller for a refund and return.
